    I am looking for a specific product which is not on your website, who should I contact?


    If you are unable to find any items you need for your home-brewing needs on our website, please call us on 0208 567 9153 and we will try our best to source the product for you if we can.

    Why am I not allowed to purchase Demi-Johns or wine and beer bottles from your website?


    The Demi-Johns, wine and beer bottles are glass items and we are unable to deliver glass items. They can be ordered and picked up by you from our shop.

    Are the card transactions on your website secure?


    Yes, all card transactions are 100% secure on our website. For added peace of mind, you can also choose to pay by PayPal or call us over the phone to make your order.

    Do you deliver orders on a Saturday?


    Yes, we can deliver your order on a Saturday for an additional surcharge. If you want a special Saturday delivery, please call us on 0208 567 9153 and we will be able to take your order and arrange the delivery.

    Do you do free home delivery?


    No, we do not do free home delivery. The delivery prices are based on the weight and quantity of the products you purchase. However you can purchase products from our website and collect your order from the shop for free.

    Can I purchase and collect my order from your shop?


    Yes, you can come to our shop in Ealing (London) during our opening hours and make and collect your purchase at the same time as long as the products you need are in stock. We try our best to maintain a stock of all items listed on our website in reasonable quantities.

    I can’t log in to my account, how do I place the order?


    Please email us on orders@myhomebrewstore.co.uk or call us on 0208 567 9153 and we will be able to help you with your account and the order.

    Why have I not received an email confirming my order?


    Once you place an order an automated email for successful order is sent out immediately. It is possible that this email may have gone in your ‘Junk Mail’ or ‘Bulk Mail’ folder. Please check in these folders of your email account. If you still have not received an automated email confirmation within 24 hours of placing an order, it may be possible that your transaction was not successful. Please add our email address orders@myhomebrewstore.co.uk to your ‘Safe Senders List’ and call us and we can confirm the status of your order.

    How long does it take to process my order?


    We try our best to deliver your order within a reasonable time frame, usually within 2 to 5 working days, however if the products are not in stock, we will contact you and inform you on your order status and delivery time. If you need your product urgently, please contact us in the shop and we may be able to arrange a special delivery for you at an additional surcharge.

    Where can I find information on making homebrew beer, cider and wine?


    We stock several guide books that can help you prepare your own beer, cider and wine at home. You can purchase these from our website. You can also contact us and we can advice you on all ingredients and equipment you would need.
